Postage and Packaging

your jewellery and chainmaille Items will be shipped (unless otherwise stated in item description) within 3 working days of receiving payment.
Items will be packaged carefully and securely, proof of postage will be obtained.
All Items will be shipped Royal Mail First Class, Insurance will be provided if requested at an additional charge.
Non-UK packages will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed with Insurance provided.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders will be subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit.unless paid in full when ordering.
Please Contact us regarding sizing, preferred metal type, personalisation and design changes,
Once a custom order has been confirmed either verbally or in writing, please understand that no changes can be made to it.

 We will then contact you via e-mail when your item is available and final payment is due if necessary..
Shipping will only be made once the final payment has been received and confirmed..
Please allow us 14-21 days to complete your order.

International Buyers

International orders may incur an additional fees to import into their country. these fees (Custom & Excise duties and V.A.T for example) are the responsibility of the buyer. we do not refund for unexpected Custom & Excise duties on the part of the buyer

 Returns Policy

    If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund the cost of the item only, You, the buyer, are responsible for            return postage.

   The item must be returned with the same amount of packaging as it arrived in to ensure its safe return, We will not issue a refund on an item that comes back without sufficient packaging that has resulted in the item being broken or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us with a photo of the said damage before the item is returned.

For UK customers, the item must be returned within 14 working days of shipping

For International customers the item must be returned within 28 working days of shipping.

 

Unless Faulty or Damaged in transit, the following items are non-refundable:

Earrings, Personalised items, Bespoke or Custom items made to your specific requirements.
